Anyone ages 12-18, who has received both vaccinations will be eligible to win. If you have completed your COVID-19 vaccination outside of one of the local youth vaccination clinics hosted by CC Public Health & Human Services, be sure to get your name in for the raffle for cash prizes.

5 Visa Gift Cards in the amounts of: $150, $125, $100, $75 and $50 will be drawn Oct. 29, 2021. Youth who complete their vaccinations at the Cook County- hosted youth vaccination clinics, will automatically be entered.
