The North Shore Health Care Foundation (NSHCF) will again be awarding grants to qualified nonprofit community organizations and programs that contribute to equitable health care and healthy living in Cook County. Applications for the first round of 2023 funding, are due by 4 pm, May 1.

The deadline for the second round of funding this year, will be due Oct. 1.

The Foundation proactively identifies opportunities to expand equitable health care and healthy living in Cook County and champions solutions through funding, education, and advocacy.
